Residents of Kanjuu village, Gichugu Constituency in Kirinyaga County are in shock after eight members of one family developed a strange illness and started singing loudly in the village.
According to their mother Susan Wangari, her children aged between 12 and 30-years-old developed the strange condition after eating arrow roots believed to have been stolen from a neighbour.
Villagers have turned to God for answers.
