Your confidence in my qualifications and ideas assure me that I am on the right track.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>Kavindu took to her social media and wrote.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Kavindu garnered a total of 104,352 votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate Urbanus Muthama Ngengele managed a paltry 19,726 votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However there was a very poor voter turnout at only 21% with total valid votes cast being only 130,617 out of the 623,536 registered voters in Machakos County split across 1,335 polling stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite pullingn out of the race, former MP Hon Mutua Katuku of Maendeleo Chap Chap polled 1,476, while former police boss Francis Munyambu garnered 1,461, Simeon Kitheka got 1,448, Lily Mwanzia 927 John Musingi 687, Nthenge Otto 159, Jonathan Maweu 155, Sebastian Nthama 131, and Stanley Muindi 95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kavindu\u2019s win now settles the Ukambani supremacy wars between Muthama and Kalonzo Musyoka. Whereas Muthama was fronting UDA’S Ngengele, Kalonzo fronted Muthaama’s strangled wife Hon Kavindu who did not disappoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The seat fell vacant following the death of Senator Boniface Kabaka in December 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n severall leaders took to social media to congratulate Kavindu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It must be notted that Kalonzo, Mudavadi, Moi and Wetangula are crafting a an alliance which so far has delivered Matungu, Kabuchai and now Machokos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kanu party leader too took to his social media and wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Congratulations Hon.
