Kakamega senator Hon Cleophas Malala’s celebrations after being released may be short lived after all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This follows after an Odm Mp and a close party operative  HonOpiyo Wandayi hinted at discharging those senators in parliamentary positions courtesy of Odm who voted against the revenue sharing formular that the party was pushing for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It must be remembered that Sen Malala is the deputy minority leader deputising Siaya Senator Hon James Agrey Orengo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hon Orengo assumed the position after dethroning Sen Wetangula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Others who may face the cut include Wiper’s Sen Mutula Kilonzo Jnr the minority chief whip and Ledama Ole Kina who were seen as the defiant voices from the Nasa side of the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hon Wandayi in a tweet that has raised condemnation has since seen Raila send a statement condemning the brutal force visited on the trio of Sen Malala,Lelengwe and Langat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

@HonOpiyoWandayi How can persons who hold leadership positions in the Senate courtesy of @TheODMparty blatantly contradict the Party position on a matter as critical as the Revenue Sharing Formula? Isn’t this an abuse of privilege? Freedoms have limits.This has to be revisited.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raila and his wagon of “cows “as Hon Junet rightfully put is so engraved in the handshake in a fruitless bid to appease ‘the system in return for presidency a move that will see him lose his traditionnal support base of Coast, Western and Maa community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
