Each department should also find ways of implementing Covid-19 programs.&#8221; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>He further said, &#8221; To underscore the need by my executive to deliver for the people of Busia, I have developed the Governor&#8217;s Service Delivery Unit with the Director in charge of Service Delivery, Mr. Shadrack Maloba, and Chief Officer in charge of the same, Mr. Patrice Lumumba.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>With a fully-fledged service delivery unit that was not there before, I expect results with quarterly reports and bi-weekly progress reports from departments.
