She has turnes city hall into a private entity and all she is doing now is to ring fence it using police <a href=\"http:\/\/officers.As\">officers.As<\/a> elected leaders, we shall not sit and watch her turn the assemvly into a military barracks&#8221; Hon Kiragu said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even as he said this, a batallion of uniformed police officers stormed the assembly lobying teargas and beating up people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A picture that has since gone viral of a female person believed to be a member of the&nbsp; Nairobi county assembly being clobbered by police men has angered many people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are tired of being roughed up and teargased. Elachi&#8217;s time to go is now.
