Well this is what Papa Noelle is talking about in his song &#8216;Tangawizi&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The song &#8216;Tangawizi&#8217;  was composed by guitar virtuoso Papa<br>\nNoel Nedule. Known as Papa Noel because he was born on December 25th 1940. The song was first<br>\nreleased in 1982.
