Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has over the years had several outfits that have managed to push the party agenda fearlessly and unapologetically. One such outfit is the vibrant Orange Brigade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jaoko Oburu’s bado mapambano and young turks all converged under a lethal outfit -Orange Brigade.
\nThe core mission of this outfit was(and remains) to use all avenues available to popularize Odm and all its aspirants at all levels with the ultimate prize being to ensure Raila clinches the ultimate prize which was and still remains the PRESIDENCY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following team of energetic young men were the engine behind the success of the movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Orange Brigade boasts of the following new MCA’ in Nairobi whose roots are in the movement.
\nHon Defau, Hon Osman, Hon Frank Otieno who actively engaged in the brigade’s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the National level and especially in Nairobi county, the following Mps actively identified with the brigade and actively played key roles in its activities. To reciprocate the good gesture, the Orange brigade camped in their respective constituencies and ensured the following wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nHon Anthony Oluoch..Mathare
\nHon Passaris\u2026.Nairobi county
\nHon Kajwang\u2026.Ruaraka.
\nAbdikadir..Kamukunji missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Party sg Sifuna\u2026missed by a whisker but remained a loyal team member which saw him become party sg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are murmurs that the once vibrant outfit has been neglected, abandoned , unrewarded and forgotten even after the team tirelessly used all its might and resources to push the party’s agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We have been ignored,neglected and dumped even after we tirelessly worked for the party. No party official picks our calls, we feel our efforts have not been aknowledged despite the fact that our victory was stolen” an official of the outfit who spoke to us on condition we dont publish his name for fear of being tagged a saboteur said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

” Orange Brigade is still active, our mantra of change under the peoples president Hon Raila Amollo Odinga is still active. We still support all party decisions sanctioned by our party leader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is true that there is a feeling that nobody seem to be aknowledging our efforts, at times our phone calls go unanswered unlike during the campaign times when we used to be updated on what is going on thus ensuring that our activities were in sync with party’s calender of activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We however remain focused and ready to keep moving especially now that our party is at the center of BBI” Eric Ndalo said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As time ticks away and 2022 aporoaches, a bee hive of activities is expected at the Orange Brigade with the sole intention of reaching the promised land.
