He says.<br> Hon Neto who is fondly referred  to as Matungu 1 by youth and women in the area due to his openness and accessibility believes that fighting corona virus is a collective responsibility and all Kenyans must play a part in combating it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is not the time to stand aside and point fingers at the government, it is our responsibility to fight and win this war&#8221; Neto said   while distributing water tanks, soaps and satizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;To the great people of Matungu and the entire nation, we shall overcome.<br> The fight against Covid-19 requires a lot of hygienic discipline. Wash your hands with soap frequently and avoid handshakes.<br> I appeal to all leaders to stand with the people in this tough times.
