\u200bKnown affectionately by his moniker “Omusiiro”<\/strong>\u2014symbolizing strength and deep-rooted resilience, Kulali is ready to alter the trajectory of Kabiro Ward\u2019s politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200b“I have spent my entire adult life here. Having served the ODM party in various capacities, I know firsthand what ails our people. It is time to shift from political rhetoric to visible action. I am ready to liberate my people,”<\/strong><\/em> says Kulali.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
