living, unemployment and widespread economic hardship.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Osotsi insisted that the nation cannot afford to be dragged into divisive constitutional theatrics when a roadmap already exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cInstead of dragging the country into divisive constitutional debates, our collective focus should be on the full, faithful and urgent implementation of the NADCO report, which was a product of national dialogue and offers practical solutions on governance, electoral justice, inclusivity and economic reforms.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n He reminded the Kenya Kwanza administration that NADCO was not a suggestion \u2014 it was a carefully negotiated national pact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe NADCO recommendations represent a hard-won national consensus, and abandoning or selectively implementing them in favour of a referendum agenda would amount to bad faith and a betrayal of the trust Kenyans placed in the dialogue process.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Osotsi also revisited the bipartisan commitments made between ODM and UDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe ten-point agenda jointly signed between ODM and UDA must be respected and implemented in both letter and spirit, as it provides a clear bipartisan roadmap for political stability, institutional strengthening and people-centred governance without reopening the Constitution.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Reaffirming ODM\u2019s position, the outspoken senator made it clear that the party will defend constitutionalism to the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs ODM, we remain unwavering in our commitment to constitutionalism, term limits and peaceful democratic transitions, and we call on our partners in government to abandon hidden agendas and instead focus on implementing agreed reforms that restore hope, accountability and dignity to the lives of
