It\u2019s this unique blend that has earned her the affectionate nickname: \u201cthe city banker with local connection.\u201d<\/em> Her work in empowering both women and youth has positioned her as a symbol of modern, inclusive leadership \u2014 one that Vihiga County seems ready to embrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winnie\u2019s campaign is built on five core pillars \u2014 not as slogans, but as values she actively practices and plans to legislate for if elected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winnie\u2019s banking experience has shown her the transformative power of access \u2014 to credit, information, and opportunity.
