As a county we shall do our best in ensuring that the governor&#8217;s&nbsp; order is implemented in a humane way. However&nbsp; without the goodwill of the city residents&nbsp; there is little we can do. We have the right man-power well equiped and experienced\u00a0 to help the city residents go about their businesses.
