A man was fined 1500 for having sex in broad daylight at uhuru park. Nairobi man fined Sh1, 500 for broad daylight sex at Uhuru.
Last week on Wednesday a man pleaded guilty to having convinced a woman to have sex in open air at uhuru park.
Known as Mr. Maina Kanara he was fined a fine of 1,500 or serve on month jail term for converting Uhuru park into a lodging and convincing Joyce Wanjiku to give it to him without worries at all.
The couple or love birds were found and arrested the former weekend when they were caught red handed in the up and down soup.
They were released on 500 bond. A hunt was commenced for Ms Wanjiku who didn’t not bring her face in the court.
The sweet talker pleaded forgiveness as the court to pardon him for his feelings, desire and the beauty of Ms Wanjiku blinded his mind, thinking faculties and caused him to loose presence of awareness. He said he will not repeat the sweet act in public.
The county City Court Chief Magistrate Roseline Ong’ayo was so shocked and said that having sex at the park is against county by-laws. He was warned not to repeat the……in Uhuru park.
